Lessons Learned Throughout My Experiences:

No matter your years of experience, users can (and often will) surprise you with their behaviors.
A dysfunctional team will hurt your ability to succeed in building a strong product. Symptoms of a dysfunctional team include: lack of psychological safety and trust, allowing bad behavior for high performers, a lack of accountability, and fear of conflict.
To be able to update or release a new feature successfully, you must learn the balance between innovation and the comforting familiarity of an existing user experience.
Sometimes research will point towards a feature that isn't worth building - so reassess, adapt, and pivot.
Do not be afraid to fail.
